With over 10 years in hospitality management industry, Monica Niccum brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Exclusive Destination Management. Monica manages operations, product development and accounting for Exclusive Destination Management.

Monica graduated from the Rosen School of Hospitality Management in 2003. While attending college she worked at Puff N Stuff Catering. Monica served as banquet manager where she managed corporate events and weddings for hundreds of people. After more than 7 years at Puff N Stuff Catering, Monica took an internship position at one of Florida's largest DMC's. After graduation, she was hired full time as a Sales Associate assisting Rich Whiddon and his team.

In December 2005, shortly after Rich started Exclusive Destination Management, Monica joined Exclusive Destination Management. She is deeply involved with every program. Her attention to detail and service driven ethic ensures programs receive the highest level of success.
