Michelle Paradiso

With over 8 years of experience in hospitality management specific to event planning and food & beverage operations, Michelle joined our team as the Wedding & Special Events Coordinator in 2010.

As a proud member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, Michelle continues to expand her expertise on current industry trends. She adds value to the wedding industry by guest speaking for event management classes at Rosen College. She was taught early in her career to deliver the highest level of customer service possible to her clients. Her passion for serving people above and beyond their expectations has carried through her career, and has allowed her to deliver the one-on-one personalized service brides & grooms deserve!

Michelle’s experience is further expanded by her education in the industry. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Eastern Illinois University in 2004 and her Master’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of Central Florida, Rosen College in 2009. She also attended culinary school in Florence, Italy, studying specifically Mediterranean Cuisine and Food & Wine pairing.

Michelle has planned, coordinated, and consulted with countless brides & grooms to create their perfect wedding day! Originally from Chicago, she has developed a talent to merge the contemporary and sleek styles of the city, with the relaxed and beautiful scenes of Florida. We are excited to have a young, creative, and energetic social planner such as Michelle working as a part of our team.
